Summary#5 Surviving in Ecosystems

Organisms can help or hinder the survival of other organisms. Animals are important because they control an population, some animals adapt to their environment like the polar bears because they have skin, fur, claws and other things that makes him to adapt to their environment, but if they go here to Panama they would die. Also, the penguins if they go to the desert they could die because they are not adapt to other environments. We don´t have fur or claws but we have the brain and intelligence to adapt and  know  what we have to do and we don´t use our instinct  like animals. Now we are going to talk about the symbiosis, the symbiosis is a relationship of two kinds of organisms over time. They are three types of symbiosis that are: mutualism, mutualism is two organisms benefit and helping by each other , one example is the yucca moth and the yucca tree, also commensalism, commensalism is two organisms one is benefit and the other is not harmed and not benefit, one example is the anemone and the clown fish, also the parasitism, parasitism is two organisms one is harmed and the other is benefit, one example is the flea and the dog also the human and mosquitoes.

Summary#4 Lifes of Cycles

There are many types of  cycles of life. But the most importants are water cycle, carbon cycle, and nitrogen cycle. The water cycle is the continuous movement of water between Earth´s surface and the air, it starts with the evaporation, next with the condensation  that includes precipitation, then the feezing and finally the melting  and again the evaporation. The carbon cycle  includes the plants the living things and some gases like carbon dioxide and oxygen.First, the humans, fire and cars and other things that contains CO2 give CO2 to the plants that plants need to grow, then the plants give us O2 that is their waste that we need to live and continues the process. And finally, the nitrogen cycle, the nitrogen is one of the most abundant gas on the air and trhe most needed to us. It starts with the air that goes to the soil or roots and it mix with the ammonia and then some bacterias can use nitrogen from the air to make nitrogen-containing substances called nitrites and other bacterias can turn nitrites to nitrates. And then the nitrogen compounds goes to the air other time and continues the cycle.

Summary#3 Food Chain and Food Web

The Food Chain has to do with energy and the Food Web has to do with eating. The Food Chain is the path of energy in food from one organism to another , it starts always with the Sun, then with a plant that contains chlorophyll and continues with animals eating each other. The Food Web is the overlapping food chains in a community, it is divided on two producers and consumers. The producers on land include grasses, trees, and all other organisms that use the Sun´s energy to make their own food. The consumers get energy from the food made by organisms.Consumers can be grouped according to the type of food they eat that are herbivores, carnivores, and omnivores.

Summary#2 Living Things and their Environment

An ecosystem is all the living and nonliving things in an area interacting with each other. The ecosystem are divided in two groups that are biotic and abiotic. The biotic group means living things and the abiotic group means non- living things. The abiotic factors include temperature, water, minerals, light, sunlight, air, climate, and soil. The biotic factors include organisms like the animals, plants, fungi, algae, protists, and bacterias in an ecosystem. The virus are not considered biotics because they have to be in other place to be alive. All of them are divided on consumers and producers.

Summary#1 Energy Resources

Corn
Energy is a source of power that permit us to be awake. All the organisms, plants, also the humans and the protists and others use always energy. The humans use the energy the 24 hours, but we use less energy when we are sleeping, but we use it. The humans use coal, oil, natural gases and other sources that contaminates and pollutes the environment  that is call "fossil fuels" that produces gasoline for cars and other machines. The coal, natural gas, and oil are called fossil fuels because they are composed of fossil fuels. In the world exist also alternative energy sources like water, solar, tidal, geothermal, wind and other energies that the good thing of them is that they "DON´T POLLUTE THE ENVIROMENT!!!".To end, Brazil is the 1rst country using corn´s methane that doesn´t contaminate the  Earth.
